On March 3rd, 2026, Bexar County residents have the opportunity to vote in the 2026 Joint Primary Election.

This is a critical election where voters choose the candidates who will appear on the ballot in November. You will select nominees for Governor, Lt. Governor, Attorney General, and other state and county offices.

In-Person Voting All registered voters can vote on Election Day (March 3rd).

Additionally, you can vote before Election Day during the Early Voting period.

• Early Voting Starts: Tuesday, February 17, 2026 (Day after President’s Day)
• Early Voting Ends: Friday, February 27, 2026

Absentee and Mail Voting For those who are eligible, Vote by Mail ballots and absentee/overseas voting are available.

• Deadline to Apply: Your application must be received (not postmarked) by Friday, February 20, 2026.
