Proposition A
CITY OF HILL COUNTRY VILLAGE – PROPOSITION A
“Reauthorizing the local sales and use tax in the City of Hill Country Village at the rate of 1/2 of 1% to continue providing revenue for maintenance and repair of municipal streets. The tax expires on the fourth anniversary of the date of this election unless the imposition of the tax is reauthorized.”

(“Reautorizar el impuesto local sobre las ventas y el uso en la Ciudad de Hill Country Village a una tasa de 1/2 del 1% para que continúe dando ingresos para el mantenimiento y reparación de calles municipales. El impuesto vence al cuarto aniversario de la fecha de esta elección a menos que se vuelva a autorizar la imposición del impuesto.”)

Proposition B
CITY OF HILL COUNTRY VILLAGE – PROPOSITION B “Authorizing the City Council of the City
of Hill Country Village to spend up to $3,000,000 in the proceeds of the City’s general obligation bonds previously issued for certain street improvements for the purpose of constructing a new municipal building/city hall on the City’s property on Aspen Lane.”

(“Autorizar al Concejo Municipal de la Ciudad de Hill Country Village a gastar hasta $3,000,000 de los ingresos de los bonos de obligación general de la Ciudad emitidos anteriormente para ciertas mejoras de calles con el fin de construir un nuevo edificio/ayuntamiento municipal en una propiedad de la Ciudad en Aspen Lane.”)

Proposition C
CITY OF HILL COUNTRY VILLAGE – PROPOSITION C “Authorizing the City Council of the City
of Hill Country Village to sell as Zoned R-2 residential up to approximately 14 acres of City-owned property generally bordering Bitters Road and currently zoned R-2 residential and using the proceeds of this sale for the purpose of constructing a new municipalbuilding/city hall on the City’s property on Aspen Lane.”
CIUDAD DE HILL COUNTRY VILLAGE – PROPUESTA C
(“Autorizar al Concejo Municipal de la Ciudad de Hill Country Village a vender como zona residencial R-2 aproximadamente hasta 14 acres de terreno propiedad de la Ciudad que generalmente es colindante con Bitters Road y la zona actual residencial R-2, y emplear los ingresos de esta venta con el fin de construir un nuevo edificio/ayuntamiento municipal en una propiedad de la Ciudad en Aspen Lane.”)
